When something goes wrong, the more context you can include the faster we can help:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The MyLibra version, shown at the bottom of Settings → About.
- A short description of what you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected to happen instead.
- If you can reproduce it, the steps to do so.
- A screenshot or screen recording if it's a visual problem.
Common questions
My stories aren't syncing between devices.
MyLibra uses iCloud for sync. On each device, check Settings → Apple ID → iCloud — make sure iCloud is signed in and that iCloud Drive is enabled for MyLibra. Both devices need to be on the same Apple ID.
Generation feels slow.
MyLibra calls Google's Gemini model in the cloud. Speed depends on your network and on Google's current load. A long chapter can take 30 seconds to a few minutes to stream in.
Generation is producing strange or repeating content.
Generative models can drift. Try regenerating the chapter, or open the story's settings and adjust the genre or POV. If a specific kind of drift keeps happening, please email us with a description so we can improve the prompts.
Can I delete my data?
Delete the app — your local data goes with it. Data in iCloud is deleted on Apple's normal schedule once the app is uninstalled across all your devices.
